Description
Jill Ely is a family nurse practitioner who works in diabetes education. She has been a certified diabetes care and education specialist since 1986 and family nurse practitioner since 1999. Her area of specialty is with the elderly with diabetes and special needs individuals. Her philosophy of care is to provide education and management to promote the best quality of life within an individuals’ ability. In her free time, Jill enjoys cooking and gardening. She also volunteers for Special Olympics Connecticut.
